It was unfortunate that we have had to visit Snake River Auto Body twice in the last year with our new Rav4 but what an experience we had. Both times ALL of the staff was friendly and professional. We were offered coffee and snacks at the shop and were kept updated about the status of our car. This last visit they returned the car completely vacuumed and shiny clean.
